Associate - Corporate M&A - Singapore

We are looking to speak with talented Corporate M&A Lawyers for an expansion at one of our clients in Singapore. This opening is for a junior lawyer looking to join a leading practice and gain exposure to some of the most complex cross-border deals in Asia. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a global team advising leading multinationals and other corporations, major commercial and investment banks, and private equity funds. This team is very collegiate and offers excellent training and support at all levels.

Requirements:

• 1-3 PQE
• Current exposure is at least 60% M&A
• International Firm training advantageous
• 2.1 or above from a leading university
• Excellent command of English (oral and written)
• Salary: Competitive
