We are currently partnering with a premium silver circle law firm in London. The firm is now seeking either an Associate or Senior Associate to join their TMT team, with a particular focus on energy & infrastructure work.

In this role, you will be have a particular focus on advising on longer term contracts in the Energy & Infrastructure sectors, Outsourcing and Technology Outsourcing and M&A advising on the buy and sell side of transactions with a focus on complex carve-outs. On top of this, you will still be supporting in the wider practice across Commercial Technology contracts, Data Protection, non-contentious IP and Commercial contracts. Wider sector focus would include Technology, Financial Services, Media & Entertainment and more.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 3-7 years' post qualification experience within a reputable law firm.
• Experience and interest in the Energy & Infrastructure sector is a must.
• Experience advising on outsourcing matters is desirable.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
