Corporate Finance Lawyer - 6+ month contract

We are working exclusively with a Partner from an International firm who specialise in Corporate M&A and Capital Markets. The team offers exposure to cross-border work with a friendly and collegiate team. My client is looking to bring in a mid-senior Lawyer on a short-term contract for maternity cover.

Requirements:

• Admitted in HK/UK/CL
• 3+ PQE focused on M&A/IPOs
• Mandarin skills are advantageous for this role.
