Already a prominent outfit in the US, the team are looking for an ambitious individual with a keen interest in Data Privacy & Cyber law. The team have a lot of European clients so French or German admitted lawyers or speakers are welcomed to apply.

Scope of work

• advising global privacy compliance frameworks covering multiple privacy laws (e.g. GDPR, CCPA, CPPA, LGPD, etc.)
• Cyber risk & incident response & follow on work
• International Data transfers, Data localisation
• AI & Emerging technologies

Requirements

- NQ to 2 years PQE
- England & Wales, US, French or Germany admitted lawyers
- French or German speaking is desirable but by no means needed
- Demonstrable experience working on a broad range of Data Privacy or Cybersecurity matters
- Experience in a top city or international firm
