We have partnered with an Am Law 20 firm, with a thriving Debt Finance practice that is currently in a phase of expansion due to ongoing success. Their practice boasts a balanced mix of borrower and lender side work, maintaining a 50/50 split, and is industry-agnostic, with a primary focus on life sciences, biotech, and consumer goods.

Job Description:

As a Debt Finance Associate at our esteemed firm in LA, you will have the unique opportunity to join a growing practice that is currently ranked and poised for continued success. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  2. Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
  3. Demonstrated experience and expertise in debt finance.

  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
