I am currently working with arguably one of the fastest growing lloyds Insurance businesses based in London, who are looking for a Group FP&A Manager. This role will offer a broad diet of work, providing the ability to build out the Group function in addition to supporting the development to the wider FP&A / Business Partnering team. The company also offers flexible working hours, hybrid working and an extensive benefits package (including a transparent 3-5 year plan!).
Profile requirements;
- Qualified financial accountant - CA/ACA/CIMA/ACCA
- Strong understanding of isnurance accounting, US/UK GAAP and finance systems
- Must have Lloyds insurance experience
Role requirements;
- Syndicate quarterly reforecasts, Lloyd's SBF and plans
- Support and drive development of 3-5-year planning model based on business requirements
- Ownership of Group Board, Executive Team and Committee papers with supporting analysis
