They're looking to bring a breath of fresh air to the German market by offering an autonomous and cohesive environment. With the offering to be in the office as little or as much as you want and all other aspects flexibility (as expected).

Although they are an English firm the German office will be run by Germany. The London office simply brings further opportunity for more international work and cohesion.

They are aware their early hiring is crucially important to get right and this individual must have a growth mindset and want to be part of a build-out project.

You will need to be in berlin 1 day a week so hybrid working is on offer.


The practice covers worldwide brand protection, portfolio management, and enforcement. This includes trademark clearance, filing, prosecution, oppositions and invalidity actions. You will advise on matters involving the infringement of intellectual property rights, including trademark infringement, copyright, and design right infringement and passing off.
