Experience required

- Qualified Solicitor with 4+ PQE - England & Wales admitted preferred but open to other common law qualified.

- Previous experience of advising on Soft IP litigation proceedings in the related courts

- Experience of working on matters across full range of IP rights with an emphasis on Trade Marks

- Contribute to the practice growth through Business Development, Networking, firm initiatives
