Unique opportunity for a IP Litigation Associate (1 to 4 PQE) to join a leading US firm in a newly formed IP & Commercial Litigation team in London. This really is a "one off" for a junior Associate to focus on Litigation across all IP rights including trade mark, copyright, trade secrets, patents along with commercial & complex technology related disputes. The team are looking for a good all rounder within IP vs a Patent Litigation specialist. If this sounds like you do get in touch.

Type of work

- Dispute related work across all IP rights (trade secrets, patents, copyright) and technology/commercial in tech related fields such as software licensing and development, cloud, AI.

- You will also be involved in matters involving IP cross over issues in IT infrastructure, misuse of data and reputational threats.



Person requirements

- England & Wales qualified solicitor with 1 to 4 years PQE experience
- Demonstrable experience on dispute or litigation related matters with an emphasis on IP disputes for a leading city or international firm
- Strong academic history
- A team player who is keen to contribute to the growth of the practice through business development initiatives
- An Associate comfortable with responsibility and working autonomously
