Private Equity Associate/Lawyer

A leading UK firm that have invested significantly in the PE team this year at associate and partner level due to a significant growth throughout the last 24 months. The team are currently looking to bring a junior associate with prior exposure to private equity transactions and a desire to become a specialist in this area.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to act on behalf of private equity and growth capital funds, investee companies and management teams on investments and disposals.

The firm and team have a strong reputation for investing in the development of their junior associates and have one of the best track records of internal promotion across the city.

Ideal candidate;

• Trained and/or practised at a recognised corporate team with experience in Private Equity transactions.
• NQ to 2PQE with England & Wales Qualification
• Excellent Academics
