R&I Associate - Magic Circle - Leading Restructuring Practice - Leading MC Rem

I am instructed on behalf of a Magic Circle firm which is looking for a mid-to-senior level associate to join their very highly regarded Restructuring & Special Situations Practice

The firm:

This firm is highly ranked for Restructuring being a within top bands for Restructuring across the Legal 500 and Chambers.

The team offers a broad mix of Restructuring work but specifically, this role will report into one of the key figure within the team who focuses on complex restructurings.

This particular Magic Circle firm is known for leading the way when it comes to remuneration but also has one of the best attrition rate within the Magic Circle sphere. Associates genuinely feel that they get access to high quality work alongside supportive partners who take an active role in their development.

You can expect a busy practice but one where utilisation is well managed and where you get a transparency progression pathway.

We would like to hear from you if you are a qualified lawyer who meets the following criteria:

• 4 to 7 years PQE;
• Excellent Restructuring Experience - must be an R&I Associate. The team is not considering anything who comes from a Finance background and has done a little bit of restructuring work.
• UK Qualified or commonwealth equivalent; and
• Excellent Academics from a red brick university.
