The type of work
- Handle patent disputes and litigation cases in the life sciences field.
- Provide legal advice and strategic guidance to clients regarding patent-related matters.
- You can expect a mix of UK courts & IP office, UPC & EPO
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including attorneys, scientists, and external experts.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant regulatory developments and industry trends.
Key Skills
- A qualified lawyer (UK, Australia, NZ or EU admissions welcomed) with 5+ Years PQE, with expertise in patent disputes within the life sciences sector or technology sector
- Proven experience in intellectual property, with a primary focus on patent litigation.
- Exposure to the life sciences and/or technology sectors.
- Top academic background with a STEM degree
