Role responsibilities:

• Providing advice to clients in public procurement and EU state aid law.
• Structuring of complex procurement projects.
• Assist and represent clients before review instances and courts.
• Creating and reviewing tender documentations.

Experience required:

• 4+ PQE.
• Proven experience and knowledge in public procurement and EU state aid law.
• Experience or interest in the health care and transportation sectors.
