Astral Legal have partnered with a Global Technology company as they are recruiting a Technology Lawyer to join their UK and Ireland Legal team. Reporting directly into Head of Legal for UK/Ireland you will have the opportunity to work on some high quality work.

The Technology Lawyer will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of technology contracts, including software licensing agreements, SaaS agreements, cloud, software licensing agreements and procurement agreements. You will also provide legal advice and support on technology-related matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. You will be working with the wider business offering Legal advice on a range of commercial contracts.

The ideal Technology Lawyer will be 0-4 year PQE with experience of working In-house handling a variety of Technology commercial contracts.
