Associate - Banking & Finance - US Firm

We are working directly with a leading US firm that is expanding its offering after a solid year for the team.

The practice focuses on cross-border acquisition and leveraged financing transactions. The successful candidate will be hard-working, ambitious, and have at least one year with an international firm's banking and finance team.

Requirements:

• 1-4 PQE
• International firm background
• Mandarin skills (verbal and written)
• Lawyers must be admitted in HK, the US, the UK, or other Common Law jurisdictions
