A leading US firm is looking to expand its team in Australia with the addition of a talented M&A Lawyer.

The team focuses on infrastructure, projects, and construction and has a cross-jurisdictional presence. In this role, you will be working on some of the largest, most complex, and strategically significant corporate transactions in Australia and internationally. You will join a dynamic practice offering quality work, an enviable client list, and strong opportunities for further progression and development.

Requirements

• 1-6 PQE
• Admission in the UK, the US, Australia, or other common law jurisdictions
• Experience in the energy and resources sector in large-scale M&A transactions
• Strong academics from a strong university
• Location: Sydney
