Banking/Leveraged Finance Lawyer - Sydney

We have partnered with a leading international firm that is expanding its Banking & Finance team in Sydney. The team work as part of a global finance team and the successful applicant will work on some of the most complex, cross-border finance transactions around. In addition to exposure to high-quality work, this role offers excellent training and career development opportunities.

Requirements

• 3-8 PQE.
• Admitted to practice in the US, UK, or other Common Law jurisdictions.
• Experience in General Banking or Leveraged Finance is essential.
• Excellent academics (2.1 or above) from a leading university.
• Ability to work well in a team as part of the global finance practice.
• Candidates from leading international firms will be considered.
