Corporate Associate - 1 to 4 PQE - International Firm

An Astral client has just begun the process of growing their corporate function. Having had a busy second half of 2023 with a strong pipeline of work are looking to bring onboard a junior to mid-level corporate associate with an interest in working with renowned partners in the life sciences and technology sectors.

The practice provides international clients on transactions including private M&A, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital.

Associates benefit from the platform of an international firm, however with the target hours and expectations of UK firms yet with the salaries of Magic Circle firms. This is a firm that respects its associates and positions itself accordingly while providing the benefit of top-of-the-market transactions across its core sectors.

The ideal candidate will be

• England & Wales qualified between 1-4 PQE.
• Prior corporate experience with an international practice - M&A, joint ventures, venture capital
• Excellent training and academic record.
