Corporate NQ Associate


A city firm with an international presence is looking to make an addition to its corporate team with the hire of a newly qualified (NQ) lawyer.

A practice with a broad range of clientele from start-ups to mid and large-scale deals, across complexity and size. They advise on UK and international private and public M&A, listings and fundraisings on the Main Market and AIM, Venture Capital, private equity and corporate transactions.

The candidate will have completed a training program that includes a corporate seat with the desire to specialise in an international practice that gives associates development opportunities on matters from Day 1. A strong associate-to-partner ratio provides associates with considerable partner access.
