Disputes Lawyer - Offshore Firm - Hong Kong
We are actively searching for a highly skilled and experienced disputes lawyer to join a dynamic offshore legal team based in Hong Kong. As an offshore disputes lawyer, you will play a crucial role in handling complex and high-value disputes, with a primary focus on international clients and offshore jurisdictions.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of disputes, including but not limited to commercial litigation, fraud cases, arbitration proceedings, and restructuring and insolvency matters. The diversity of cases will provide you with a stimulating and intellectually challenging work environment, allowing you to expand your legal expertise across multiple practice areas.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Possess a law degree from a reputable university and be admitted to practice law in Hong Kong or a comparable jurisdiction.
- Admitted in a Common Law, or offshore jurisdiction.
- 3-7 PQE (flexibility for exceptional candidates)
- Demonstrated experience in handling disputes, preferably with exposure to offshore jurisdictions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex legal issues and develop effective strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Mandarin is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Business acumen and an understanding of clients' objectives to provide commercially viable legal solutions.
