Astral Legal are representing a Fintech business as they are looking to recruit a Legal Contracts Manager, with experience in experience in software license and SaaS agreements.

This role is fully remote and can either be a full time or part time position depending on the candidate.

You will report to the General Counsel.

Your Role Responsibilities of a Legal Contracts Manager.

• Experience with licensing to provide legal support for technology transactions.
• Working with the General Counsel assisting in commercial contracts, working with SharePoint.
• Managing NDA's, SaaS contracts, Technology Licencing agreements.
• Working with senior stakeholders, offering legal support and advice.
• Working with the General Counsel on legal projects.
• Assisting with GDPR/Data protection queries when they arise.

The ideal Commercial Contracts Manager will be experienced in:

• Software licence and SaaS agreements
• Have strong negotiating skills
• Have the ability to work within a small team and potentially assist in other areas when needed.
• Understand the contract/negotiation process.
