Legal Counsel - London - Hybrid (2 days in the office) 0-3 years PQE

Astral Legal have partnered with a Global Insurer as they are recruiting a Legal Counsel for their team.

My client is open to candidates from other sectors as this is a Commercial role.

Legal Counsel duties:

- Provide legal experience around drafting, negotiation and review of all relevant commercial agreements

• Contract amendments in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
• Handle non-standard TOBAs, SLA's, NDA's run-off agreements, co-insurance agreements, re-insurance agreements, share purchase agreements, software & licence agreements and confidentiality agreements)
• Data Protection clauses and any issues that may arise
  
  My client is open to candidates who either qualified In-House or Private Practice, Commercial Contract experience is essential.
