Junior Leveraged Finance Associate

A mid-market US firm client with expansion plans for their leveraged finance team. Following a new firmwide strategy to strengthen key transactional areas, the leveraged finance team is seen as a very strategic area of growth for the firm.

A small partnership team with excellent experience and client relationships working with private equity funds (portfolio companies), hedge funds, corporate borrowers and issuers and other financial institutions including banks, direct lenders, family offices and other alternative sophisticated capital.

Associate growth is important to the partnership and providing associates with the exposure and responsibility of transactions in addition to active encouragement to begin building client relationships from a junior level.

Ideal candidate;

• England & Wales Qualified
• Excellent Academics
• Min of 1.5 years experience working at a reputable finance practice in the city with exposure to leveraged finance transactions.
