Leveraged Finance Senior Associate

A mid-market firm client with expansion plans for their leveraged finance team. Following a new firmwide strategy to strengthen key transactional areas, the leveraged finance team is seen as a very strategic area of growth for the firm.

The practice has benefited from a significant partner hire in 2023, of which the next stage of the growth is the requirement of an ambitious senior associate to take a lead alongside partners in the growth of the practice. The expectation for this candidate is to join the firm with a view for track to a partnership in the short to medium term.

The practice advises several major banks, private debt providers, corporations and PE houses globally on all aspects of leveraged, investment-grade public and private acquisition.

Ideal candidate;

• England & Wales Qualified
• Minimum of 5 years PQE with a leading finance practice.
• Significant client exposure with desire for BD.
