A leading international firm in London is seeking a mid level Patent Litigation Associate (3 to 5 PQE) to join its growing practice in the City. An enviable firm with a developing IP Litigation specialism in Life Sciences & Technology. Due to a succession of high profile client retention's and wins the team are continuing to hire after multiple joiners in 2022.

An international Patent Litigation with a reputable track record in cross border IP & Patent Litigation. The emphasis is mostly on Life Sciences & Pharmaceuticals and then broader Technology focused disputes, however, due to the lean team there will be a degree of agility needed to cover new matters but still retaining the highest of qualities.

Experience required

- 3 PQE+ qualified solicitor - England & Wales qualified or another common law jurisdiction
- Demonstrable experience of Litigation in English Court
- Previous experience in a city firm IP Litigation practice is desirable
- Life Sciences or Technology Patent matters experience
