• Proficiency in CCPA/GDPR, data breach requirements, GBLA, and HIPAA.
• Previous experience in incident response and investigatory matters.
• Ability to mentor and manage junior associates effectively.
• Track record of negotiating privacy-related contracts and conducting privacy compliance assessments.
