Senior Associate - Leveraged Finance

Our client, a prominent legal firm in the industry, is seeking a Senior Associate to join their Banking & Finance Team.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage complex legal matters related to Acquisition and Leveraged Finance.
• Structure Finance transactions and analyze legal risks.
• Handle Securitisation processes and documentation.
• Provide legal advice and support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in negotiations and drafting of legal documents.

Key Skills:

• Experience in Acquisition and Leveraged Finance.
• Knowledge of Structure Finance and Securitisation processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record in handling complex legal matters.
• 3-6 years post qualification experience
• Common Law Qualified
