The team are responsible for:

Cross-border restructuring, insolvency and workouts of distressed companies. Their client base are leading international and regional accountancy practices, financial institutions, insolvency office holders, official and unofficial creditors' committees, private equity sponsors, hedge funds.

They require:

• 5+ PQE
• Common Law Qualified
• Fluent in English
• Experience in Restructuring & Insolvency with proven non-contentious and contentious experience ideally from a leading firm
