Astral Legal Counsel have partnered with a Global Technology business based in London. They are looking to recruit a Senior Legal Counsel to join their established Legal team.

The ideal Senior Legal Counsel will ideally be a minimum of 6 years PQE, have management experience as you will be managing a small team and have a strong background handling commercial contracts ideally SaaS/PaaS/ Software Licensing contracts.

Your duties as a Senior Legal Counsel will be handling complex commercial technology contracts, you will also handle IP and corporate matters. You will have the ability to analyse commercial issues working with senior stakeholder's within the business including partnering with the sales teams and operations departments.
