Are you an ambitious legal professional with a passion for structured finance and securitization? We're seeking talented associates, ranging from the class of 2021 to 2019, to join a renowned Structured Finance practice with one of our clients.

Their dynamic team represents a diverse range of clients, including issuers, borrowers, hedge funds, credit funds, banks, underwriters, and other market participants. They specialize in structuring complex securitization transactions and asset financings, including repo and warehouse financings.

The practice are open to candidates looking to broaden their securitization experience and branch out into other asset classes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on structured finance transactions, including asset-backed securities and mortgage-backed securities.
• Assist in structuring and negotiating complex financial transactions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client matters.
• Draft and review transaction documents and agreements.

Key Requirements

• Prior work with structured finance and securitization, with a focus on RMBS or ABS. Experience in transactions involving various asset classes is advantageous.
• Eager to develop relationships and expand knowledge within a collegial team environment.
• Previous experience in a large law firm setting is required.
